Booking and stay conditions, house rules and legal information.
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking request sent from this website holds the dates for 24 hours, without payment. The booking is final once NADORSTAY confirms it in writing (email or WhatsApp). Prices are shown in MAD and include the stay and the fees displayed.
2. Payment
We will send you the payment details (bank transfer or payment on arrival).
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Please tell us your arrival time; a late arrival must be agreed in advance. The accommodation must be left in the condition in which it was found.
5. Identity documents and police registration
Under Moroccan law, every guest must present a valid identity document on arrival: a passport for foreign nationals, a national identity card (CIN) or a residence permit for Moroccan nationals and residents. The establishment is legally required to record each guest on an individual registration form (fiche de police) and to submit it to the authorities. Access to the accommodation may be refused without a valid document.
6. Couples
In accordance with Moroccan law (article 490 of the Penal Code), an unmarried couple of whom at least one partner is a Moroccan national may not share the same accommodation. A marriage certificate or family record book may be requested on arrival. Couples who are both foreign nationals are not concerned. If this condition is not met, the stay may be refused without refund.
7. Guests and visitors
Only the people registered for the booking may stay in the accommodation, within the capacity shown. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight; any additional person must be declared and registered in advance.
8. Minors
The main guest must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; a parental authorisation may be requested if they travel with another adult.
9. House rules
Parties, events and noise disturbing the neighbours are not allowed; please keep quiet between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are accepted only if the listing says so. Any illegal activity in the accommodation leads to the immediate end of the stay, without refund.
10. Damage and liability
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay and may be asked to pay for its repair or replacement. A security deposit may be requested on arrival; it is returned after the check-out inspection. NADORSTAY is not liable for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings, nor for interruptions of services (water, electricity, internet) beyond its control.
11. Personal data
The data collected for the booking and the registration are processed by NADORSTAY to manage your stay and to meet its legal obligations (declaration of guests to the authorities), in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data (CNDP). Copies of identity documents are deleted after the stay. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to casalimpianador@gmail.com.
12. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nador.
